Learning and Development Team Leader

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing Behavioral & Leadership training related to the Learning Telus Digital Learning Multiverse and other L&D initiatives to both operation and support staff employees up to Middle Management level. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing internal training to Frontline & Middle Management team members for different TELUS Digital India programs - Supporting the planning, promotion, and logistics of courses according to department guidelines - Providing training to support staff and Operation teams - Assisting the L&D Manager with the preparation and follow-up of internal and/or external training programs - Handling administrative tasks related to reporting and documentation for all types of training - Supporting the Educational Programs and coordinating related activities as necessary Additionally, you will be required to tie-up and liaise with external training providers for ongoing or upcoming training initiatives. Skills required for this role include: - Leadership - Emotional intelligence and professional maturity - Effective communication skills - Adaptability to change - Creativity and innovation - Excellent interpersonal relationships - Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Strong sense of urgency and commitment - Proven proactivity - Vendor Management - Use of effective learning measurement for learning programs In terms of knowledge, you should have: - English proficiency at B2 level or above, both oral and written - Advanced proficiency in GSuite/MS Office - Experience in training material development is desirable Qualifications and Experience required: Mandatory: - Minimum 5-6 years of overall work experience - Minimum 4 years of work experience as an L&D Training Facilitator - Willingness to work from office during evening shifts - Experience in delivering Soft Skills Training & Leadership Development up to Middle Management level - Experience in conducting Training Need Analysis/Identification - Data management skills - Willingness to travel between Gurugram and Noida locations - Graduate in any discipline Desirable: - Graduation in any discipline - Training experience with international BPOs - Experience in Operations/Customer Experience/Service Delivery - Experience delivering Leadership Training - Familiarity with content development tools like Captivate, Camtasia, etc.,
