About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• LMS Administration

  :
• Oversee and manage the

  SuccessFactors LMS

  , ensuring its effective use for learning and development programs across the organization.
• Administer user access, content uploads, reporting, and troubleshooting in SuccessFactors.

• Content Development & Management

  :
• Work with upskilling platforms like

  Udemy

  ,

  UpGrad

  , and similar tools to create and manage e-learning content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design engaging and effective learning materials.

• Training & Upskilling Programs

  :
• Design, implement, and track training programs aimed at upskilling employees, aligning with organizational goals.

• Audit & Compliance

  :
• Provide support during IATF (International Automotive Task Force) audits, ensuring L&D processes align with industry standards and compliance requirements.

• Reporting & Analytics

  :
• Track and report on training effectiveness, participation, and progress using LMS data.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance learning outcomes.

• Education

  :

• MBA (Full-time)

    Must have a full-time MBA degree from a recognized institution.

• Experience

  :
• Minimum

  8-12 years of experience

   in Learning and Development, preferably in the

  Automotive

   or

  Product-based industry

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  SuccessFactors LMS

   (as an Admin).
• Experience in working with upskilling platforms such as

  Udemy

  ,

  UpGrad

  , or similar platforms.
• Exposure to

  IATF audits

   is preferred but not
