Learning and Development Manager (L&D)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) Manager with a strong background in FMCG to lead capability building across product knowledge, sales processes, operational SOPs, and HR alignment. This role will initially focus on training our Institutional Sales team and later expand into a company-wide learning strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver onboarding and functional training modules for Sales, Product, HR, and Operations teams.
Create learning content including pitch decks, SOP documents, case studies, and product sheets.Conduct structured workshops, refresher training, and functional upskilling programs. Implement assessment frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness and adoption.
Build and maintain a digital learning repository (LMS or internal library).
Collaborate closely with HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations for alignment on learning needs.Support leadership with training interventions for performance improvement and capability mapping.

Ideal Candidate Profile

5–7 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Industry in L&D or Sales Capability functions. Demonstrated ability to build and deliver structured training modules for sales/product/process enablement.
Strong communication and facilitation skills – fluent in both English and Hindi.Process-oriented mindset with high attention to documentation and learner feedback. Exposure to onboarding, sales GTM tools, and soft skill development is preferred.
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, LMS tools is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
