Job Description

Learning & Development (L&D) Manager – Restaurant Industry

Responsible for designing and delivering training programs for kitchen, service, and management staff.
Develops SOPs, training manuals, skill–enhancement modules, and brand standards.
Conducts onboarding, food safety & hygiene training, customer service improvement sessions, and performance development workshops.
Identifies training needs, prepares yearly training plans, and monitors staff progress.
Works closely with HR and Operations to improve service quality, reduce errors, and increase staff productivity.
Ensures continuous learning culture across all outlets and maintains training records and evaluations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
