Job Description

Job Title: Learning and Development (L&D) Executive

Assess organizational learning needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs (e.g., workshops, e-learning, blended learning).
Collaborate with external vendors and trainers when needed.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage learning systems (LMS) and maintain training records and reports.
Assist in leadership development, onboarding, and soft skills training programs.
Drive employee engagement initiatives through learning activities.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in training and development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
2-5 years of experience in a Learning and Development role.
Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

Certification in Instructional Design, L&D, or related areas.
Experience working in fast-paced or tech-enabled organizations.
