About the Position: The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for devising and implementing strategies to enhance engagement among newly hired employees and the Ready For Allocation Team (RFA). The RFA team consists of staff awaiting assignment to client-focused teams, typically post new-hire training or during transitions between clients. This role involves managing programs aimed at fostering a positive work environment for employees who have recently acquired subject matter skills, overseeing PTO, and handling personal administrative needs. Primary Responsibilities: In this role, you will be accountable for the following Key Result Areas (KRAs): RFA Management: - Supervise RFA team's administrative duties - Manage transitions within the RFA team and collaborate closely with resourcing for efficient project staffing changes - Work with the Learning and Development team daily to provide professional development opportunities for continuous learning - Coordinate with HR to ensure timely and professional offboarding procedures Employee Experience and Culture: - Support employees in cultivating awareness, comfort, and confidence to advocate equity within the organization - Encourage a culture of continuous feedback and growth by implementing active feedback mechanisms to scale culture and processes thoughtfully - Develop and oversee programs and initiatives that emphasize employee appreciation and recognition - Lead internal initiatives to organize live, virtual, and hybrid events that offer meaningful experiences for employees Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative, adept at expressing ideas, managing change, influencing, and identifying opportunities - Ability to maintain data privacy and handle sensitive employee information - Proficiency in Workday HRIS, PTO management, etc. - Technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite - Project management skills, with the capacity to influence and connect individuals to resources to drive departmental objectives Normal Working Hours and Conditions: - Core business activities may occur outside regular business hours due to the company's operations in different time zones - Occasional travel may be necessary - Work to be performed locally,
