Role Description

This is a contract role for a Lean MSME Consultant at Sigma Easy, located on-site in Miraroad. The Lean MSME Consultant will be responsible for integrating Lean Management practices, driving operational excellence, and providing consulting and coaching to clients. The individual will work closely with client teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies tailored to their specific needs.

• Operational Excellence expertise
• Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting
• Coaching proficiency
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field
• PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus
