Job Title: Lean MSME Consultant Location: Mandatory residence near Vasai / Palghar region Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time / Full-Time Incentives: High commission per successful MSME enrollment in Lean Scheme (Govt. of India initiative) Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Lean MSME Consultant to drive business development activities in Mumbai, Vasai, and Palghar regions. The consultant will be responsible for promoting the Government of India’s Lean Manufacturing Scheme to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), explaining its benefits, and ensuring their active participation. Key Responsibilities: Visit and interact with MSME owners in the assigned region. Explain the objectives and benefits of the Lean Scheme (90% subsidy, process improvement, cost reduction, etc.). Identify eligible MSMEs and assist them in onboarding with our consultancy. Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure document collection and application completion. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation. Requirements: Must reside in or near Vasai/Palghar region. Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English. Willingness to travel within the assigned area. Background in business development, consulting, or MSME outreach preferred.
