Leading Private Sector NBFC Profile : Regional Business Head SME- (LAP) Location : Pune / Ahmedabad / Mumbai Job Responsibilities: Lead a team of Area Sales Managers, Branch Sales Managers, National Aggregators & Channel partner to achieve sales target. Acquisition of SME LAP, Term Loan business of ticket size varies from 50 lacs to 10 Cr. Strategizing and Execution of Annual Sales Plan along with key stake holders. Ensuring Process flow and TAT for timely processing of Business sourced. Responsibilities included recruitment and hand holding of team to ensure sustainability and grooming talent. Drive business by giving necessary inputs to sales team in terms of planning and monitoring the progress made on plans. Guiding & motivating them to raise their level of performance & thereby ensuring that companys objectives are met. Understand the intricacies of competition and the trade and suggest marketing plans and counter action plans. Ensure effective implementation of schemes and promotional activities and evaluation of their effectiveness. Managing the sales & marketing operations there by initiating, supervising and controlling business development. Manage profitability – Productivity, Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels. Accountable for having close checks on the delinquency level. Cross sale of other banking products.
