Role : Regional Collection Manager ( Secured Loan) Product : LAP , High Ticket LAP, Term Loan Location : Pune Geography : Rest of Maharashtra Job Profile Responsible for Collection for primarily secured products for Rest of Maharashtra Should Manage the Team of Area Collection Managers , Collection Managers and Executives and drive the monthly target numbers and ensure timely achievement of collective hard bucket collection targets. Should Direct all operational aspects of the assigned geography including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and collections in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals. Should Ensure that all areas of work performance or departments are properly staffed and directed. Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation to bring out the best in each distribution team member. Take on the responsibility for the orientation of all new employees. Take on the responsibility for the evaluation of all employees. Communicate effectively with other branches and senior managers by sharing information on effective practices, competitive intelligence,collection opportunities, and needs. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
