Responsibilities

• Partner directly with founders to co-lead business verticals or entire companies
• Lead strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration across key areas (Growth, Ops, Finance, Product, etc.)
• Drive scalable systems, revenue engines, or org development initiatives
• Establish SOPs, culture, and accountability frameworks for scaling teams
• Play a key role in raising capital, forming partnerships, or entering new markets

Qualifications

• 8–20 years of leadership experience in startups, scaleups, or enterprise settings
• Proven track record in taking ownership of a vertical or business line
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity and bias for action
• Experience working directly with founders or leadership teams preferred
• MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus (but not mandatory)
