Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Business Delivery

  • Handle large scale program management and end to end delivery including client SLA delivery, Client relationship management and ensuring desired profitability.
  • Drive continuous improvement and transformation plan for clients using six sigma and L.E.A.N. methodologies.
  • Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the clients SLAs.
  • Maintain adequate and appropriate staffing patterns based on client needs and volumes.
  • Organize and develop periodic budget data with the management for maintaining accurate operational finances.
  • Conduct cost benefit analysis of the projects including feasibility studies, assessment of the requirements, adaptation, and interface.
  • P&L ownership - oversee financial management of the processes and work with respective departments in terms of costing and profitability.
  • Manage all activities to ensure completion of project within the time and cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
  • Propose and execute innovations in process improvements and optimize performance of the operations.
  • Effective and timely coordination and communication with the support functions (Admin, HR, IT, Finance, Sales)
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks. Team Management
  • Directing, leading and motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness / efficiency.
  • Drive/Create an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative culture in the teams.
  • Drive long term talent strategy for the organization, including talent engagement, succession plan at all levels, development, and retention to ensure higher retention rate of employees.
  • Manage and create a structure aligned to create best in class client experience and create long term value for Provana.

Preferred candidate

  • Academic qualification for this role is a graduate in any stream. MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in relevant field of which minimum of 2 years should be in a director or above role.
  • Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking ability
  • Strategic thought leadership to grow business.
  • External and internal stakeholder management
  • Valid US visa.
  • Should be open to do frequent travel to US to attend conference / meet clients.
  • Comfortable to work from office with flexibility of working in 24*7 environment.
