Description:
Prepares external correspondences in accordance with instructions from professional and management team members.
Prepares and updates documents for Claims Analysts such as claims resumes, reports for special programs and spreadsheets according to predefined templates.
Prepares documents for Claims Analysts including PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials and spreadsheets both with and without predefined templates.
Coordinates meeting schedules for Claims Analysts as required.
Follows up with service partners and brokers by phone, letter and email, under self-direction, to acknowledge receipt of claims document or to notify them when a claim is closed.
