Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Ability to make informed decisions regarding candidate selection and hiring recommendations.
Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
