Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to make informed decisions regarding candidate selection and hiring recommendations.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
