Manage a team of Marketing Managers responsible for engagement and growth and merchandising for online grocery Define and manage engagement strategy and marketing plans for India Grocery Build a scalable and logical process utilizing historical data and Flex performance standards. Manage the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key performance indicators, developing mechanisms that provide actionable insights to audit and optimize engagement for our Delivery Partners Oversee the execution of marketing strategies for acquisition, growth, merchandising, social media marketing and other marketing campaigns Manage regional strategies for engagement, including events, advertising, promotions Test and learn to propose new concepts for national rollout, provide input and thought leadership on new tool capabilities and enhancements 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience managing teams Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries
