Lead Workplace Designer

Our client is looking for a Workplace Lead Designer with strong conceptual skills and hands-on project coordination experience to lead workplace interior projects from early concept to execution. The ideal candidate brings creativity, technical proficiency, and cross-functional coordination ability to deliver high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on the creative development of workplace interior design concepts based on client briefs.

• Prepare presentation decks, renderings, and material boards for client reviews.

• Act as the design liaison for clients during the design phase.

• Attend design presentations, workshops, and review meetings.

• Resolve design-related queries during construction and assist in final walkthroughs.

• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and execution teams to meet deadlines and budgets.

• Ensure design deliverables are completed with accuracy and within timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• 10–15 years of experience in commercial/workplace interiors.

• Strong portfolio showcasing concept design and completed workplace projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. Revit is a plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail

• Ability to handle ambiguity and solve problems proactively.

• Confident in client interactions and on-site presence.
