Job Description

As the Lead Virtual Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our remote client relationship strategies. Your role involves leading a team of Virtual Relationship Managers who provide personalized financial services to clients through digital channels. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality client experiences, drive team performance, and implement strategic initiatives to meet client needs and achieve business goals.

Qualifications: Graduate, MBA preferable

Experience: 6 to 12 years

  • Training and development, Drive a service to sales approach.
  • Grow the managed book portfolio by increasing PPC.
  • Review business performance along with stakeholders (liabilities, Assets, TPP etc. )
  • Ensure Cost to Income as per budgets, deliver revenue targets as per budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance & quality.
  • Develop scripts/pitches to be used for outbound, Review VRM wise performance, Manage and improve productivity per resource, Control mis sell and other malpractices, Monitor CX index.
