Job Summary

We’re looking for a senior UX professional who can drive design initiatives, lead teams, and create highly intuitive digital user experiences. You will be responsible for end-to-end journey mapping, usability improvements, and shaping the UX strategy across web and mobile products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX design initiatives and drive customer-centric digital experiences
• Conduct user research, map customer journeys, and identify UX improvements
• Translate business requirements into intuitive interaction flows and prototypes
• Perform usability testing and refine design concepts based on user insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence product roadmaps
• Ensure high-quality design execution with strong attention to detail
• Build & maintain a library of reusable UX components and interactions
• Manage & mentor UX designers, guiding them on execution & quality

Mandatory Requirements

• 9–12 years of strong hands-on UX / Product Design experience
• Design degree required (BDes — Bachelor of Design, MDes — Master of Design, BFA — Bachelor of Fine Arts, MFA — Master of Fine Arts, or similar)
• Strong UX portfolio showcasing real product case studies
• Experience leading UX teams or mentoring designers
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Adobe XD
• Ability to work on alternate Saturdays (WFH)
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Max 30-day notice period preferred
