Lead UI UX Designer

Role Overview As a Senior UI/UX Product Designer (B2C Preferred) at our leading online travel management platform in the UAE, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and elevate the user experience across our digital ecosystem. Your role involves designing solutions that impact millions of users, enhance engagement, and directly influence the growth of both our B2C and B2E products. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams, you will craft intuitive, visually compelling interfaces aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities - Conduct user research, develop personas, and run usability tests to uncover user needs and pain points. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms. - Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives. - Define user flows, navigation, and content structure for optimal usability. - Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across platforms. - Use analytics tools (GA, Hotjar, WebEngage) to gather insights and iterate effectively. - Ensure designs follow accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and perform seamlessly across devices. - Support and mentor junior designers to foster a creative and collaborative team culture. Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, or related fields. - 7-8 years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio across web and mobile applications. - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision. - Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing. - Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and WebEngage. - Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
