Lead UI UX Designer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design user-centered UI/UX solutions for complex financial products, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business objectives.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to iterate on designs and improve overall product performance.
• Develop visual design systems, guidelines, and standards to maintain consistency across multiple platforms.

Job Requirements :

• 5-7 years of experience in UX design with a focus on finance or banking industry.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Excellent sketching skills with ability to quickly create rough drafts of ideas.
