Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related fields.
1 year of experience in people management, as a lead, or coaching or mentoring others.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field.
Experience with machine learning.
Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection, transformation, visualization, dashboards or in a scripting, programming language (e.g. Python).
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
