Job Description

As a Lead Treasury Analyst at Wells Fargo, you will play a crucial role in providing expert consultation to finance, accounting, and Business Line management on matters concerning corporate treasury and related financial management. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and evaluating global market conditions, funding requirements, asset and liability management, liquidity risk management, capital management, financial performance management, and related activities. You will be the go-to person for advisory on treasury finance and risk strategies, ensuring data quality, establishing controlled processes, and leading targeted projects while guiding other team members. In this role, you will collaborate with Internal Audit, Corporate Risk Management, Model Governance teams, regulatory agencies, and external consulting firms. Your recommendations will be valued by more experienced group members and management. Effective collaboration and consultation with peers, colleagues, and managers will be essential to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals. Your interactions with internal customers will be crucial, and you will receive direction from leaders while exercising independent judgment and developing a deep understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
