Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Training Coordinators to ensure smooth execution of all training and placement activities. • Track and monitor daily training operations, progress reports, and placement outcomes. • Ensure 100% utilization of digital learning tools and platforms for all training batches. • Oversee student registration, attendance tracking, and content utilization. • Maintain and update the
freelance trainer database (life skills trainer & EV trainer)
, ensuring accuracy in profiles, certifications, and availability. • Coordinate freelance trainer onboarding, evaluation, and contract/invoice processing. • Conduct periodic
quality audits
of training and placement documentation as per requirements. • Prepare, review, and submit audit reports, ensuring timely rectification and data accuracy. • Motivate, mentor, and monitor team performance to achieve monthly and batch-wise targets. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and training outcomes.
