Role Overview: As an IT Operations Manager in Guwahati, your primary responsibility will be to oversee IT operations projects, ensure standards and collaboration, and lead technical operations engineers by guiding, mentoring, and reviewing their work. You will be required to develop and implement strategies for system reliability and performance, manage monitoring, maintenance, and support of technical infrastructure, and collaborate with teams for seamless system deployment and integration. Handling incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will drive automation and improvements to boost operational efficiency and prepare and present operational reports and metrics to stakeholders. Qualification Required: - B.Tech / B.E in CS, IT, ECE; MBA preferred Skills & Competencies: - Demonstrate leadership and project management skills. - Communicate and collaborate effectively. - Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. - Utilize expertise in scripting languages and automation tools. - Apply in-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies. - Leverage experience with cloud platforms and services. - Manage projects and multiple priorities effectively. - Familiarize with ITIL and operational best practices.,
