Role Overview: As a Lead Strategic Sourcing Analyst for Corporate Travel Management at UKG, your work will have a real impact on tens of millions of workers who rely on our workforce operating platform. Your role involves serving as a key contact for travel-related matters, providing guidance on travel policies and best practices, managing relationships with travel suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts, and analyzing travel spend to identify cost-saving opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing content within the online booking tool and promoting a culture of traveler awareness, compliance, and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as an internal and external contact for travel-related matters - Provide guidance on travel policies, booking tools, and best practices - Deliver exceptional traveler support and resolve inquiries or issues professionally - Manage relationships with regional travel suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms - Support sourcing initiatives and run small to mid-size RFP events - Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual terms are met - Maintain and optimize content within the online booking tool and manage tool integrations with HR and IT teams - Provide user training and ensure smooth adoption of travel technologies - Produce and maintain monthly and quarterly travel dashboards for executive leadership review - Analyze travel spend, compliance, and booking trends to identify cost-saving opportunities - Conduct regular training for employees, new hires, and bookers on travel tools and policies - Promote a culture of traveler awareness, compliance, and safety Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field; or equivalent experience - 7+ years of experience in corporate travel operations, TMC servicing, or travel category support - Demonstrated vendor coordination and negotiation skills across airlines, hotels, ground, and agency services - Project coordination and stakeholder communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Additional Details: At UKG, you will be part of a team that never stops learning and challenges the norm.
