Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales Operations Manager plays a crucial role in

  • Working closely with Regional Sales Operations Leaders, Producers and Sales Teams
  • Play the role of a concierge to assigned Producers and help maintain the book of business, meetings, reports and schedules
  • Provide, either directly or indirectly, product-specific Sales support
  • Enrich missing Gallagher WIN (Sales Force) data on leads, prospects, opportunities, closed lost, etc.
  • Push Zoom Info, Intent Signals and other key data to Producers
  • Provide Strategic Review support to Service and Sales Teams

They combine relationship building skills, technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive excellence in sales support within an organization

Preferred candidate profile

  • Play vital role alongside sales & account teams to effectively onboard new and renewing clients by ensuring all essentials documents/details are brought into systems in order to initiate binding activities
  • Responsible for end to end support of the sales cycle services
  • Participate in prospect & renewal review meetings alongside Producer, CSM and sales team
  • Support a team of producers or sales teams at the branch on their ad-hoc and admin activities
  • Be the liaison between producers & GCoE service teams on fulfilling various services
  • Take proactive measures to initiate pre and post sales activities promptly
  • Monitor and follow up on triggered activities, ensuring their accuracy and timely completion
  • Handle queries effectively, aiming to minimize re-work at service center
  • Collaborates with branch to identify time consuming activities that can be offshored to GCoE
  • Support producers in analyzing clients financial and business information

Other duties as assigned by your Regional President and/or Branch Manager

Work Experience.

1. Graduate with 7-10 years of experience in Insurance & operations background

2. Experience working in Sales Force (SFDC) application

3. Familiarity in portals like ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet and etc. - Would be an advantage

4. Savvy with Microsoft tools Work, excel, power point etc.

5. Transition/onboarding of service - good to have

6. Experience interacting with onshore client/stakeholder (Virtual/in-person) - good to have

7. Onshore travel experience.
