Lead Software Engineer

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP), you will be an integral part of the Digital & Innovation group, contributing to the creation of innovative digital products using cutting-edge cloud technologies. Your role will involve building scalable applications and platforms, ensuring adherence to governance principles and security policies, and actively participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile development processes to maintain high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and effectively communicate technical designs and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
