Lead Software Developer

As a Lead Software Developer at our company, you will be part of a talented engineering team and play a crucial role in developing high-quality software. Your responsibilities will include: - Working with the project team to define functional requirements and estimate completion times in a goal-setting environment. - Designing, developing, and maintaining internet-based applications, windows desktop applications, and other technologies within a supportive and mentoring environment. - Leading a team of 6 to 7 members. - Troubleshooting technical issues with high-impact production applications in collaboration with a team of technical experts. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Leadership skills. - People management skills. - Bachelors in computer science, information technology, or related field OR equivalent experience. - 6 to 9 years of professional experience with web and desktop development programming and design. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with programming languages/technologies such as HTML 5, Java Script, JQuery, CSS 3.0, XML, Knockout, ASP.NET MVC 4, ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012, and optionally Windows Azure. - Experience with the Legal domain is an added advantage.
