As a Senior Manager, Product Management at Ryan, LLC, you will play a crucial role in delivering a class-defining experience for the public-facing look, feel, and navigation of Ryans platform home. You will collaborate with a team to define, create, and lead the implementation of innovative strategies that ensure a consistent and trusted experience for Ryan's clients. Your leadership will be essential in driving impact, pursuing data-informed insights, focusing on customer empathy and product craft, and continuously learning and executing. Your responsibilities will include creating a positive team member experience, interacting directly with business stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements, collaborating with the User Experience team to design user interfaces and flows, and acting as a product subject matter expert for sales and sales support. You will support the development of product strategy and roadmaps, analyze data to drive insights, create user stories and functional specifications, estimate work with the development team, and maintain an organized product backlog. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 7 years of direct experience in product management. You should be adept at breaking down problems, analyzing data, creating hypotheses and MVPs, and working across agile-based Software Development Lifecycle processes. Anticipating and delivering results for the executive leadership team, solving problems effectively, streamlining processes, and demonstrating initiative and follow-through are critical attributes for success. Additionally, you should possess superior communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, a sense of urgency, flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive both independently and in a team-based environment. Strong multitasking and organizational skills are essential, along with advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet research. A valid driver's license is required for this role, and you will have supervisory responsibilities that involve managing projects, training employees, assigning work, and making sound business decisions while representing the Firm. This position will require occasional travel, with an independent travel requirement of 25%.
