Ensure alignment of GO-HRM with JEEViKA?s broader HR strategy, Vision 2030 priorities. Review and integrate frameworks for competency mapping, competency development, performance metrics etc. Steer the roadmap for E-HRMS, Learning & Performance Management System integration into JEEViKA?s operational ecosystem. Co-develop an action plan for the external agencies to work in JEEViKA for completing the envisaged task within the timeframe and provide technical inputs and reviews on the deliverables prepared by the agency. Provide technical inputs to finalize methodology and tools for GO-HRM. Provide regular guidance to the agencies & Program Manager ? Human Resource Systems for avoiding derailers and delays in successful implementation. Performance Management & Talent Development: Facilitate designing of frameworks and guidelines for robust performance appraisal systems linked to individual, team, and institutional outcomes. Facilitate the roll-out of a competency-driven capacity development strategy using blended learning models. Institutionalize talent development pathways for various positions within JEEViKA. 4. Stakeholder Engagement and compliance: Build and maintain partnerships with senior leadership at JEEViKA and stakeholders. Facilitate consultative processes, knowledge-sharing workshops, and policy dialogues. Submit the progress reports and attend briefing meetings and discussions with the donor representatives under the supervision of Director-Strategic Partnerships & Systems. The ECDD program is delivered at different levels: Training for community workers and their supervisors Facilitation and support for organisation managements to better integrate child development as part of organisational initiatives and goals Creating awareness about inclusive early childhood development in different organizations/ stakeholders Ummeed s ECDD (Early Childhood Development and Disability) team is looking for experienced individuals already working with children or in the Health space or in the ECD space, with an interest in delivering trainings. Key Areas of Responsibility: Conduct training at various project sites in and outside Mumbai, including: Staying updated on and mastering training content (Ummeed ECDD programs has its own training modules and content. Candidate will be supported through this process) Coordinating with partner organizations, trainees, and internal teams Delivering training modules as per prescribed methods Reflecting and documenting post training Develop and review training materials, including content preparation, reference research, formatting, and printing Independently manage projects and partner relationships, suggesting strategic improvements in delivering those projects In partnership with existing teams and functions, prepare proposals, budgets, oversee ME tracking, and project milestones, ensuring smooth program execution Mentor and supervise junior team members, enhancing their skills and offering mentorship to trainees following adult learning principles Support ECD program growth by engaging with stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, and partner organizations. The Project Lead will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the planning, coordination, and execution of various learning and development projects. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of training initiatives tied to business needs. The Project Lead will be responsible for initiating project kick off meetings, brainstorming with the stakeholders and L&D team members to understand the requirements and drive the right solutions. The individual will work closely with the Project Managers & Project Coordinators to create quality reports and operation reports. How you will do it Collaborate with learning stakeholders to initiate projects to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine the most effective learning methodologies and technologies. Develop and implement learning and development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to established parameters. Manage the development and delivery of various training materials, including e-learning modules, learning videos and apps, job aids, etc. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of outsourced learning initiatives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure timely completion of milestones. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring effective information sharing. Conduct regular project status meetings, stand up meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress. Evaluate project outcomes and impact, collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches into projects. Maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, and training materials. What we look for Qualification and Experience Bachelors degree in engineering, human resources, learning and development, or a related field. Masters degree is preferred. 6+ years of project management experience in e-Learning domain is preferred, Change Management experience and/or project management certification is a plus. Designing programs considering cultural differences and learning styles. Promoting platforms for team collaboration and knowledge sharing. Utilizing analytics for data-driven training design. Networking with industry professionals and stakeholder across the world for best practices. Understanding compliance in specific training industries.
