Lead – Social & Digital Strategy

About the Role

We are looking for a senior digital marketing professional from a creative/digital agency background who can lead our social media accounts, while also bringing in a strategic understanding of SEO and performance marketing. This person will play a pivotal role in shaping digital strategies, leading client communication, and mentoring a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Leadership: Own and lead strategy, content direction, and performance for multiple social media accounts.
• Digital Strategy: Work across channels to create integrated campaigns combining social, SEO, and performance marketing.
• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
• Team Building & Mentorship: Guide a team of social media executives, designers, and performance marketers; set processes and best practices.
• Campaign Performance: Oversee analytics and reporting, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous optimization.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platforms in digital marketing to drive fresh ideas and innovations.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in digital agencies, with proven expertise in managing social media accounts.
• Working knowledge of SEO and performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Strong understanding of brand communication, content, and consumer engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in managing clients and delivering end-to-end campaigns.
• Leadership skills with the ability to set up and scale teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
