SAP Group Reporting Lead
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Governance
- Own day-to-day
Group Reporting operations
: Data Monitor

activities. - Monitor and support
period-end

including currency translation
, intercompany elimination
, ownership and consolidation of investments

processes. - Manage
master data
(FS Items, Consolidation Units, Versions, Hierarchies, Ownership %, Methods, Activities, Attributes). - Maintain
task models
and ensure proper sequencing, dependencies, and approvals. - Drive
SLA adherence
(incident, service request, change); manage tickets in ITSM/ServiceNow/SolMan; publish daily/weekly operational dashboards. - Conduct
root-cause analysis
and deploy corrective actions; track defects and post-mortems
for close incidents. - Ensure compliance with
SOX/ICFR
and audit requirements (controls, logs, approvals, documentation).
Enhancements & Projects
- Lead discovery, design, and delivery of
enhancements
(config changes, new validations, new FS Items, ownership changes, consolidation methods, task flows). - Design/implement
data collection templates
and workflows via GRDC
; streamline data acquisition and validation. - Optimize and extend
Fiori apps
for Group Reporting (role-based access, KPIs, tiles, catalogs/groups). - Coordinate with
Central Finance/Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
and Consolidation Journal (ACDOCU)
teams for data alignment and mapping. - Design and deliver
reporting
improvements (trial balances, consolidated FS, eliminations, movements) and SAC
integration if applicable. - Manage
transport strategy
(DEV QA PROD), retrofit, and readiness; ensure ChaRM
or equivalent governance is followed.
