As the Manager, Digital Operations at Pall Corporation, you will play a crucial role in executing the manufacturing technology strategy to support the company's strategic and operational business objectives. You will collaborate directly with business unit operational executives and managers to translate business goals into actionable technology plans and projects. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring that the company's information and processes effectively support business operations, as well as working with IT to maximize the utilization of assets and processes to benefit Pall. In this role, you will collaborate with business unit operational executives and managers to translate business objectives into actionable technology plans and projects. Additionally, you will work with project teams to review system requirements, create functional specifications, design and implement data interfaces and database structures. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business unit operational executives and managers to convert business objectives into actionable technology plans and projects - Review system requirements and create/revise functional specifications - Design and implement required data interfaces and database structures Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field with 5 or more years of experience with Enterprise-class manufacturing applications, preferably DMC or SAP MES - Ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives under time and resource constraints in a fast-paced environment - Substantial knowledge of business functions, processes, and supporting technology in an industrial company - Experience in information and data management for manufacturing and operations process improvement - Thorough understanding of implementing manufacturing technology to improve operational business processes, including working knowledge of OT networks and topology, PLC, and process control technologies At Pall Corporation, we believe in fostering a better, more sustainable workforce.
