Lead, SAP MES Digital Manufacturing

As the Manager, Digital Operations at Pall Corporation, you will play a crucial role in executing the manufacturing technology strategy to support the company's strategic and operational business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Working directly with business unit operational executives and managers to convert business objectives into actionable technology plans and projects. - Ensuring the company's information and processes are functioning appropriately to support business operations. - Collaborating with IT to leverage all assets and processes to support Pall. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Consult and develop a working relationship with Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management leads to support business plans and objectives. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of MES/MOM and system integration solutions and projects. - Provide technical vision and leadership to ensure manufacturing processes are robust, efficient, scalable, and meet quality and regulatory expectations. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field with 5 or more years of experience with Enterprise-class manufacturing applications. - Ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives under time and resource constraints. - Substantial knowledge of business functions, processes, and supporting technology in an industrial company. - Thorough understanding of implementing manufacturing technology to improve operational business processes. Additional experience that would be beneficial: - Experience with integrating manufacturing technology to ERP platforms.
