We are searching for an experienced SAP DMC Consultant with a solid background in SAP MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence) to join our team. As the SAP DMC (Techno-Functional) Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and integrating SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) solutions within manufacturing environments. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders across the business to drive digital transformation in manufacturing, offering technical leadership, and hands-on development/integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and support SAP DMC solutions, aligning with business processes in a manufacturing environment. - Integrate SAP DMC with the existing SAP S/4HANA ERP system. - Utilize experience in SAP MES and SAP MII systems to ensure a smooth transition and interoperability. - Lead integration efforts between SAP DMC, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP MES, SAP MII, and other third-party systems for seamless data exchange and interoperability. - Analyze manufacturing processes and recommend best practices for shop floor operations, enhancing efficiency, traceability, and real-time visibility. - Collaborate closely with production, IT teams, and management to assess requirements, define solutions, and deliver on digital manufacturing objectives. - Configure SAP DMC functionalities such as production orchestration, IoT integration, predictive quality, and performance analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DMC with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ERP, and other systems. - Develop SAP interfaces and integrations using BAPI, IDoc, RFC, ALE, and OData services in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for end users and technical teams. - Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP DMC post-implementation. - Document functional and technical specifications, processes, and workflows. Stay informed about the latest SAP technologies and advancements in Industry 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing solutions. Qualifications: - SAP Experience: 7 to 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience, emphasizing manufacturing-related modules like PP, QM, PM, MII. - Proven track record of successful SAP implementations, particularly in digital manufacturing or Industry 4.0. - SAP DMC Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud features, configuration, and integration points. - Experience with data models, analytics, and user interfaces within SAP DMC. - SAP BTP Knowledge: Practical experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, including integration and extension capabilities such as SAP Integration Suite and SAP Extension Suite. - Ability to design and implement cloud-based workflows and microservices to enhance SAP DMC functionality. - IoT Integration: Understanding of IoT-related technologies and protocols like MQTT, OPC-UA, and edge computing. - Ability to design end-to-end data flows from IoT devices to SAP systems, leveraging both on-premise and cloud-based solutions. - Communication & Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, management, and project teams. - Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. - Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Preferred Skills: - Experience in SAP Fiori and UI5 for custom development and enriched user experience. - Knowledge of AI/ML applications in manufacturing and experience in predictive analytics within SAP environments. - SAP Certifications in relevant modules like DMC, MII, PP, BTP. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and related SAP IoT services. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps principles for continuous integration and deployment.,

The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor s degree in a quantitative or analytical field. Expert knowledge with at least 10 years experience in project management and implementation of large-scale business projects. 5 or more years of experience with Enterprise-class manufacturing applications preferably DMC or SAP MES. Experience with integrating manufacturing technology to ERP platforms is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead teams across the digital operations ecosystem and make decisions based on key business priorities. Substantial knowledge of business functions, processes and supporting technology in an industrial company. Specific business experience in operational and manufacturing technology platforms required. Experienced in information and data management for manufacturing and operations process improvement. Knowledge and experience in implementing and integrating various automation and robotic technologies, ie AGVs; knowledge of various PLC and process control technologies; and implementing quality systems.

Job Description Notice period:Immediate to 10 days JD: Essential Skills : Should have 12 to 15 years of SAP MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience 2 to 3 years of SAP DMC (Digital Manufacturing Cloud) experience with minimum 1 implementation Strong experience in SAP MES Implementations, Rollouts and Support projects Expertise in implementing MES solution for the customers who are having geographically distributed plants Expertise in conducting sizing activities for SAP MES by gathering the required details from business teams Setup the integrations to the ME system to transfer the production orders & work centers Experience in change pointers in iDoc to transfer the material master Experience in developing complex routings in ME and transferring to ECC or S/4 Hana Experience in data load and validation Experience in providing ME trainings to shopfloor supervisors Expertise in providing holistic SAP MES and DMC solutions both in pre-sales and delivery Experience in infrastructure and hardware associated with MES Desirable skills : Certification in SAP MES or DMC or TOGAF Note:Presales, delivery and solution exp is mandatory.

SAP MES expert for config, system integration, and quality checks. Must collaborate across teams, vet specs, support project scope, and testing. Manufacturing domain and rollout experience preferred. Strong delivery and documentation skills.
