Lead - SAP FICO

As a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Lead, you are sought after to join the implementation and support team of our client. Your expertise lies in SAP FICO modules, encompassing Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO), and you have a proven record of leading end-to-end implementations and support projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions. - Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders. - Provide functional expertise and recommend best practices in SAP FICO processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) for integrated solutions. - Manage change requests, conduct impact analysis, and provide solutions aligned with business needs. - Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with technical teams. - Oversee testing efforts including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support. - Conduct user training and generate detailed documentation and SOPs. - Ensure project timelines and deliverables are achieved with high quality. Required Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of SAP FICO experience with a minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations. - Preference for experience with S/4HANA. - Strong grasp of integration points with other SAP modules. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. - Capability to lead and mentor a small team of consultants. Preferred Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance. - SAP Certification in FICO. - Experience in global SAP rollouts or working in a multicultural environment.,
