Job Description

The Program Lead Discovery Phase position at Sukoon revolves around spearheading the foundational phase of the mental health ecosystem partnership between Sukoon and JSPL, focusing on validating mental health needs, stakeholder alignment, and readiness across various sites. The role is integral in setting the groundwork for a scalable, multi-tier mental health care model within the industrial workforce context. As the Program Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Discovery Phase rollout across three key sites Angul, Raigarh, and Corporate locations. Your duties will include executing various discovery tasks such as ethnography, surveys, interviews, digital mapping, and clinical validation. Coordinating a diverse field team comprising psychologists, social workers, surveyors, and tech staff is essential, along with monitoring timelines, quality, and compliance against the project plan. Ultimately, you will be expected to deliver a comprehensive workplace anxiety report at the conclusion of the discovery phase. Stakeholder engagement and communication play a crucial role in this position, requiring you to act as the primary liaison between Sukoon and JSPL HR, Safety, Plant Operations, and Corporate leadership. Aligning stakeholders from different spheres including HR, unions, EHS, health center staff, and community representatives is vital. You will conduct feedback loops, alignment huddles, and work on building early champions to facilitate smooth adoption of the mental health initiatives. Collaboration with Sukoon's digital health team is a key aspect of the role to validate infrastructure readiness, support deployment of digital tools, and ensure data integrity. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying site-specific mental health risks, enabling family-centric need identification, and contributing insights to shape the final service design recommendations. The ideal candidate for this position should be passionate about mental health and system design, adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments, possess sharp execution skills, and have a data-first mindset. A background in program management, consulting, public health, or workforce mental health is preferred, along with demonstrated experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects and familiarity with ethnographic tools and survey design processes. In terms of outcomes and accountability, the Program Lead is expected to complete the discovery phase across all locations with high protocol fidelity, identify clear needs and risks, establish relationships with key stakeholders, deliver a high-quality report with actionable recommendations, and co-lead alignment workshops for Phase 2 rollout within 4-5 months. This role reports to the Co-Founder and Chairman of Sukoon. If you are passionate about making a difference in the mental health landscape, thrive in challenging environments, and are dedicated to driving positive change, we encourage you to apply for this position by reaching out at careers@sukoonhealth.com or contacting the hiring team at +91-92205 63034.,
