Lead Regulatory Reporting

As a Regulatory & Internal Steering Indicators Production Specialist within the Banking Book scope, your role involves contributing to the team's missions related to liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange risk. Your responsibilities include: - Understanding the functioning of Liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange risk in the banking book - Producing and certifying ALM metrics (structural interest rate and exchange rate risks) at the appropriate granularity - Participating in work to improve data quality and ensure recognition of metrics by business lines - Contributing to the preparation of the monthly ALM indicator validation committees - Participating in internal and ad hoc projects aimed at optimizing the indicator production system As a Manager, your responsibilities also include: - Supervising day-to-day product deliveries - Developing business requirements and project roadmaps - Managing delivery teams, processes, and models for optimal solutions - Coordinating and troubleshooting team functions - Managing risks, regulatory compliances, and driving organizational transformation initiatives To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 6 years of experience in a Financial or Risk function with a good knowledge of the banking sector - Agile, curious, organized, with good adaptability and analytical skills - Strong proposal skills and enjoy working in a team - Proficiency in VBA programming and Microsoft Office tools - Desirable skills in SQL, Python, and Power BI programming - Knowledge of banking balance sheets, financial products, and regulatory frameworks - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people skills - Ability to visualize and execute process enhancements - Proven understanding of regulatory and risk frameworks - Fluent in English Additional desirable qualifications include experience in project & process change, understanding of accounting principles, interest rate indicators, liquidity indicators, and knowledge of MS Excel Macro, Python, MS Power BI, and Alteryx.
