About the Role

Recruitment Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage

    a team of recruiters, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery on hiring goals.
  • Handle complete recruitment cycles for DevOps and Other Technical and Non Technical roles from understanding requirements to offer closures.
  • Conduct in-depth, structured interviews to

    evaluate technical

    and

    behavioural competencies

    .
  • Use competency-based and scenario-driven questioning to assess problem-solving and real-world capability.
  • Provide

    structured interview feedback

    and hiring recommendations.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job descriptions, interview rubrics, and evaluation scorecards.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Train and mentor

    team members on interviewing techniques, sourcing strategies, and evaluation best practices.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement

    and ensure a

    positive hiring experience.

  • Continuously review and improve

    the recruitment process to make it more

    data-driven and efficient

    .

What Were Looking For

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to

    IT hiring

    .
  • Proven experience in

    DevOps or cloud-related recruitment

    will be a huge advantage.
  • Strong understanding of

    modern interview techniques (STAR, competency-based, behavioral).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with

    ATS tools

    and

    recruitment analytics

    .
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Experience hiring for startups or fast-growing tech environments.
  • Exposure to global or cross-cultural hiring.
  • Prior experience in training interviewers or

    standardizing evaluation processes.
