Lead Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Recruiter to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hiring strategies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to attract top talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• ➤ Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• ➤ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
• ➤ Develop and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• ➤ Utilize various sourcing channels – job boards, social media, internal database, referrals, and campus recruitment.
• ➤ Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• ➤ Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• ➤ Stay updated with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• ➤ Train and mentor junior recruiters and support teams, if applicable.

Requirements:

• ➤ Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• ➤ 4–7 years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setup.
• ➤ Proven track record in hiring across multiple functions and levels.
• ➤ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• ➤ Proficient in using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• ➤ Ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• ➤ Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• ➤ Experience in data-driven recruitment and hiring analytics.
• ➤ Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
