Lead Recruiter

Were looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter (4+ years) based in Pune to manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and product roles across the UK and European markets. You will build pipelines, run technical screens, coordinate interviews across time zones, and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for technical roles (software engineers, DevOps, data, QA, product) for UK & Europe-based teams.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, niche communities, job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct technical phone/video screens, coordinate coding tests and interview loops with hiring managers in UK/Europe.
• Maintain candidate experience, timely communications, and accurate ATS updates.
• Negotiate offers and handle offer administration, offer packs and onboarding handover.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, diversity metrics) and provide hiring forecasts.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data privacy for EU/UK candidate interactions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years technical recruitment experience, ideally hiring for UK/European roles while based in India.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering roles and ability to screen across multiple tech stacks.
• Proven experience managing cross-border hiring operations and stakeholder relationships.
• Comfortable working flexible hours to overlap with UK/EU business times.
• Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable or similar) and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Degree or equivalent experience; certifications in recruitment or D&I are a plus.
