Lead - ReactJS, Mongo- Bengaluru/ Chennai/Kochi

Role: Develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Role & responsibilities

Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solutionSelect appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutionsOptimises efficiency cost and quality.Influence and improve customer satisfactionSet FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

Technical Leadership o Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers in building dynamic, high-performance web applications using React

Preferred candidate profile

Core Expertise o Strong proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and state management (Redux or similar).

o Deep knowledge of CSS3 (assumed correction for CS5”) and modern styling frameworks (Sass/LESS, Tailwind, Material UI).

o Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design and performance optimization. o Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and front-end build pipelines. • Architecture & Design o Expertise in designing and implementing reusable component libraries and micro-frontend architectures. o Familiarity with server-side rendering (Next.js) and progressive web apps (PWAs). • Development & Tools o Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). o Proficiency in Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum practices
