Job Overview:

Lead ReactJS Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead front-end development using ReactJS and NextJS, ensuring code quality and performance optimization.
Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Architect scalable front-end solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
Drive requirement gathering, technical design, and implementation discussions with stakeholders.
Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on front-end development standards.
Ensure CI/CD readiness, performance improvements, and secure coding practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

Deep expertise in
ReactJS
, including Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle.
Strong hands-on experience with
NextJS
(SSR, SSG, routing, API integration).
Proficiency in
TypeScript
and state management tools such as
Redux
or
Recoil
.
Strong understanding of
frontend architecture
, component design patterns, and
REST integration
.
Knowledge of
UI/UX collaboration
and performance tuning for large-scale applications.
Familiarity with
Serverless architectures
(AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills..
