Lead Quantitative Strategist

You will be joining Deutsche CIB Centre Pvt Ltd, a branch of Deutsche Bank Group, as a Quantitative Strategist (Quant Strat) at VP level in Mumbai, India. Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing quantitative strategic models, risk management solutions, and pricing strategies in collaboration with global teams using Python and C++ programming languages. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing quantitative strategic models, risk management solutions, and pricing strategies. - Collaborating with Capital and Liquidity Management teams for funding optimization and asset-liability management. - Developing frameworks for liquidity risk analysis and market risk measurement. - Addressing regulatory and internal findings related to existing risk models. - Building quant-driven tools for front-office and control functions. - Coordinating with stakeholders to gather business information. - Developing databases and automated solutions for optimized scalability. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Strong programming skills in C++ and Python, preferably in the financial industry. - Minimum 8 years of experience in Banking or Software Development. - Proficiency in relational database design (Oracle, MySQL) for at least 3+ years. - Sound understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms, focusing on memory optimization. - Good quantitative skills in Probability, Calculus, and Linear Algebra. - Experience in applied econometrics and knowledge of linear programming and algorithms are advantageous. - Familiarity with financial products like Bonds, Swaps, and Loans is a plus. - Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Educational background in Engineering/Science from top-tier colleges in India.,
