About the Role

Lead Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop large-scale web applications using 

  Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask)

  .
• Lead the design and implementation of 

  microservices-based architectures

  .
• Ensure 

  API performance, scalability, and security

   across all systems.
• Guide the team in writing clean, efficient, and testable code.
• Oversee 

  cloud deployments (AWS)

   and 

  CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Mentor team members, conduct technical interviews, and drive skill development.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and business stakeholders for technical planning.

Required Skills

• Expert in 

  Python

  , backend frameworks (Django/FastAPI), and 

  API architecture

  .
• Strong understanding of 

  system design, database modeling

  , and 

  microservices

  .
• Experience with 

  Docker, Kubernetes

  , and 

  cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  .
• Deep knowledge of 

  MySQL, PostgreSQL

  , and caching mechanisms (Redis).
• Proven experience in 

  performance optimization, security

  , and 

  scalable design

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
