As a Lead Projects - Electrical at Adani Data Centre, your role will involve overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects within data centres. You will be responsible for leading electrical teams, ensuring system integration, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. **Responsibilities:** - **Project Management:** Direct and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical projects, including 220 KV substations. Ensure alignment with project goals and effective delivery of electrical systems. - **Budget Management:** Develop, manage, and track project budgets to ensure financial efficiency and adherence to allocated resources. Identify and address budgetary issues as they arise. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project plans. Facilitate coordination and alignment across departments. - **System Oversight:** Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment. Ensure systems operate effectively and meet quality and performance standards. - **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all projects comply with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
