- FactSet is seeking a Lead Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of established product implementations, upgrades, and enterprise hosting migrations within the Institutional Buy Side. This role focuses on program-level reporting, global collaboration, and proactively escalating internal issues when projects are off track -- without having direct project or delivery management.
- You will ensure consistency and transparency across projects without dedicated project managers, build scalable processes and governance, and enable self-service project management for implementation and operations teams.
- This role requires extensive experience in program and project management, continuous process improvement, and developing effective program reporting.
- The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities for automation, develop project management templates and tracking mechanisms in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and partner with stakeholders to establish a high-performance, autonomous project delivery environment.
Department Brief:
The Buy Side Program & Project Management Team oversees complex, often multi-year implementations of FactSet s middle office solutions. As the central point of contact, we collaborate with client leadership, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions seamlessly. We specialize in client-facing program and project management, supporting organizational change management across all phases. By managing milestones, mitigating risks, and ensuring transparent stakeholder communication, we ensure successful adoption and long-term satisfaction with FactSet s platform.
Responsibilities:
- 45% Own one or more projects, implementations, or work streams, of increasing scope and complexity, end-to-end ensuring deliverables are comprehensive and accurate. Demonstrates ownership for span of assigned work
- 45% Develop trusted relationships with key business stakeholders and work with team to develop goals and work plans to execute on group strategies/needs. Scope problems, identify issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, lead analysis, problem solving, and implementing sound solutions. Support establishment of key performance indicators and the analysis of results
- 10% Proactively engage organizational leadership and communicate progress, issues, and solutions

- Candidates must hold either a PMP (Project Management Professional) or a PgMP (Program Management Professional).
