Job Description

Product Strategy Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Amagi s VOD products
Translate business goals into executable product strategies aligned with the overall platform roadmap
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify product gaps and growth opportunities
Product Roadmap Execution & Delivery Lead full lifecycle ownership, from discovery through design, development, launch, and iteration, for your product area
Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize using data-driven trade-offs
Partner closely with fellow product managers, engineering, UX, product marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver on time and with quality
Leverage agile methodologies to improve velocity and predictability of releases
Customer & Market Insight Act as the voice of the customer - deeply understand content operations, media management workflows, and OTT distribution challenges
Collaborate with key customers and internal stakeholders to validate product decisions and ensure measurable customer outcomes
Cross-Functional Leadership Drive alignment across teams (engineering, UX, product ops, GTM) without formal authority
Collaborate with fellow product managers to continuously refine and scale Amagi s product development processes and frameworks
QualificationsMust-Have Bachelor s degree in Engineering; an MBA or advanced degree in management is an added advantage
5 6 years of product management experience, preferably in the Media & Entertainment (M&E) industry
Experience with OTT platforms, Media CMS, content management, or video delivery workflows is highly desirable
Alternatively, strong product management experience in a SaaS or cloud-based B2B platform with a solid understanding of scalability, performance, and distributed systems Proven record of delivering complex, high-scale products in fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of scalability, performance, and cloud infrastructure fundamentals
Demonstrated ability to translate customer pain points into product requirements with measurable business impact
Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Familiarity with video formats, transcoding, CDN delivery, and content lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with analytics tools, SQL, and A/B testing for product optimization
Success Indicators On-time delivery of roadmap milestones
Improved product adoption and customer satisfaction scores
Demonstrated ownership of metrics such as content quality through defined quality standards, distribution performance, and content turnaround time
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership influence without escalation
