Bangalore | Type: ContractWe're hiring a

Lead Product Designer

to own and evolve user-facing experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll work on features that drive daily engagement, user retention, and seamless interaction across the customer journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead product design across core areas such as onboarding, home, search, and profile.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data to translate user needs into elegant solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions.
  • Develop and contribute to a scalable design system across platforms.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews and team growth.

You Should Have

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2C product design (web and mobile).
  • A portfolio showcasing strong UI, UX, and product thinking.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a product-first environment.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving teams with evolving product direction.
