Job Description

As a Procurement Manager, you will diligently follow the Procurement Policy & Guidelines, seeking amendments as necessary. Your primary responsibilities include: - Developing statistical methods to track purchased materials and associated details. - Assessing material requirements and designing a purchase schedule to prevent service disruption due to material shortages. - Formulating annual budgets in collaboration with FMs & Regional Operation Head. - Gradually reducing complaints from internal/external customers. - Generating MIS reports for Purchase & Outsourcing. - Timely placement of all orders and ensuring vendor adherence to delivery schedules. - Reducing inventory days to 45 days for fast-moving items and 90 days for medium moving items. - Selling off non-moving items in coordination with FM to reduce inventory. - Achieving cost savings in capital items procurement through negotiations. - Consistently reducing material costs. - Obtaining Rate Contracts for specific items in Mumbai and Pune. - Optimizing manpower and AMC rates for all services. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in procurement and outsourcing management. - Strong analytical and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MIS reporting and budget formulation.
